Terms & Conditions of Purchase

Effective Date: August 1, 2025

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern all purchases made with Forma Haus Lagree ("Forma Haus," "we," "us," or "our"). By purchasing any class, membership, package, retail item, gift card, or other product or service from Forma Haus Lagree, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Purchases & Payment

  • All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars (USD) and are subject to change at any time without notice.

  • Full payment is required at the time of purchase unless otherwise stated in writing.

  • We accept approved payment methods as made available at checkout.

  • You authorize Forma Haus Lagree to charge your selected payment method for all purchases, including applicable taxes and fees.

2. Classes, Packages & Memberships

  • Class packs, memberships, and promotional offers are non-transferable and may only be used by the purchasing client unless explicitly stated otherwise.

  • Expiration dates apply to all class packs and promotions and will not be extended.

  • Memberships automatically renew according to their billing cycle unless canceled in accordance with Section 4.

3. Cancellations, No-Shows & Late Arrivals

  • Class cancellations must be made at least eight (8) hours prior to the scheduled class time to avoid forfeiture of the class credit and applicable charges.

  • Late cancellations will incur a $10 fee, and no-shows will incur a $20 fee. Both late cancellations and no-shows will result in the loss of the class credit.

  • Late arrivals may be denied entry for safety and experience reasons and will be treated as a no-show.

4. Membership Cancellation, Auto-Renewal & Commitments

  • Memberships may be canceled with at least fourteen (14) days’ written notice prior to the next billing date.

  • Memberships must complete their original commitment term. If proper notice is not provided, the membership will automatically renew into another commitment term according to its billing cycle.

  • Early cancellation prior to completing the original commitment term will incur a $150 early cancellation fee.

  • Memberships may not be paused, frozen, transferred, or suspended for any reason, including but not limited to injury, illness, travel, relocation, schedule conflicts, or dissatisfaction.

  • Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to hello@formahauslagree.com and are not considered valid until confirmed by Forma Haus Lagree.

  • All membership payments are non-refundable.

5. Refunds, Credits & Exchanges

  • All purchases are final sale. No refunds, credits, or exchanges will be provided for classes, memberships, packages, workshops, or services.

  • All retail items are final sale and are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.

  • Gift cards are non-refundable, have no cash value, and may not be redeemed for cash.

6. Gift Cards & Promotional Offers

  • Gift cards may only be redeemed for Forma Haus Lagree products and services.

  • Promotional offers, discounts, and intro packages may not be combined unless explicitly stated.

  • Promotions have no cash value and may expire.

7. Health & Safety Acknowledgment

  • By purchasing and participating in any Forma Haus Lagree class or service, you acknowledge that fitness activities involve inherent risks.

  • You confirm that you are physically able to participate and have consulted a physician if necessary.

  • Forma Haus Lagree is not responsible for injuries, health conditions, or complications arising from participation.

8. Assumption of Risk & Liability Waiver

  • You voluntarily assume all risks associated with participation in classes and use of facilities and equipment.

  • To the fullest extent permitted by law, you release and hold harmless Forma Haus Lagree, its owners, employees, instructors, and affiliates from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from your participation or purchases.

9. Studio Policies & Conduct

  • Clients are expected to follow studio rules, instructor guidance, and posted policies.

  • Disruptive, unsafe, or inappropriate behavior may result in removal from class without refund.

  • Forma Haus Lagree reserves the right to refuse service to anyone at its discretion, to the extent permitted by law.

10. Changes to Schedule, Instructors & Services

  • Class schedules, instructors, formats, and services are subject to change or cancellation at any time.

  • Forma Haus Lagree is not liable for schedule changes, class substitutions, or cancellations due to instructor availability, weather, emergencies, or events beyond our control.

11. Intellectual Property

  • All content, branding, logos, class formats, and materials are the property of Forma Haus Lagree and may not be reproduced or used without written permission.

12. Privacy

  • Personal information collected during purchases is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

  • We do not sell or share personal information except as required to process transactions or comply with the law.

13. Governing Law

  • These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles.

14. Amendments

  • Forma Haus Lagree reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time.

  • Continued purchases or participation after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
